Christian Unity - Thought for the Week, 1/22/2020

Falling between the Feasts of Saints Peter and Paul, this is the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. This week challenges all Christians to live into Christ’s fervent prayer that “all may be one.” For centuries, the Christian church has been split into denominations and factions. The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity encourages us to look past all that divides us and to focus instead on what unites us – our belief in Jesus as the Messiah, God’s Anointed One, and the Savior of the World. How can we practice our belief in the Risen Christ in a way that celebrates Christian unity?
