The Holiest of Weeks - Thought for the Week, 4/10/19

The Holiest of Weeks

Sunday is Palm Sunday – the beginning of the holiest of weeks in the Christian calendar. In the span of just a few days, Christians walk with Jesus through the end of his earthly ministry, his betrayal, his suffering, and his death. The week ends with a celebration of Jesus’ resurrection. Join the faithful people of Saint Paul’s for the many observances during Holy Week:

  • Palm Sunday, 8 AM and 10 AM

  • Holy Wednesday, 12 PM (in the side chapel)

  • Maundy Thursday with Optional Foot Washing, 7 PM

  • Good Friday, 12 PM (Adoration of the Cross) and 7 PM (Stations of the Cross). The church will be open for quiet prayer before the cross of Christ from 12 PM to 7 PM. Please use the office door for entry between services.

  • Easter Sunday, 8 AM and 10 AM (two baptisms at 10 AM Eucharist)

Announcements:
