Welcome to Saint Paul's Episcopal Church!

The members and friends of Saint Paul's Episcopal Church are eager to welcome you to this spiritual home.  Within these walls, you will encounter a caring congregation of faithful people, opportunities to encounter our neighbors through service, and meaningful worship.

When you arrive for Mass, please feel free to park in our parking lot.  The entrance is on Church Street.  Please walk towards the church and you'll find the entrance at the door closest to the corner of Church Street and Franklin Street.  An usher will greet you and show you where to find a bulletin.  The usher may also request your name and any contact information you wish to share.

St. Paul’s celebrates one Eucharistic service (Mass) every Sunday at 9 AM.  The Mass alternates between a Rite I Eucharist, using traditional language without music (on the second and fourth Sundays of the month), and a Rite II Eucharist, using contemporary language with an organist, choir, and congregational singing (on the first and third Sundays of the month).  The 9 AM service is both onsite and online (on Zoom and by phone).  Please see the Bulletin page for connection information.

All baptized Christians are welcome to receive communion.  You don't need to be a member of Saint Paul's or any church - the altar is God's table and it is God who invites you.  If you choose to receive the Eucharist, the usher will direct you.  You are welcome to receive the consecrated host in your hands.  We currently practice self-intinction, so please gently dip an edge of the host into the consecrated wine if you choose to receive both the host and the wine.

If you desire to receive a blessing rather than the Eucharist, please follow the usher's directions and cross your hands across your chest once standing before the celebrant.  The celebrant will offer you a blessing, after which you are welcome to return to your seat.

For our youngest members and friends, we have designated an area to the left of the altar as the "Pray Ground."  There is room on the pew for family members and on the foam flooring for children.  Some toys are available, but families are encouraged to bring quiet play items from home.

During the school year, our young members and friends attend onsite Sunday School beginning at 9 AM on the third Sunday of the month.

We value opportunities for fellowship, generally held in Rennell Hall, the building closest to the parking lot at the top of the short ramp:

  • Coffee Hour is open to the community immediately after Mass every Sunday.
  • During the warmer weather, Coffee Hour transitions to Lemonade in the Garden.
  • All are welcome to attend a delicious (and free!) Pancake Breakfast on the third Sunday of the month from September through May, beginning around 10 AM.
  • The Lunch on Us ministry serves a delicious meal on Sundays at 12 Noon from the Sunday after Labor Day through the end of June.

Please check the Calendar page to confirm schedules of events.
